The Journey of a Movement can be marked by distinct phases.

1. The Big Idea

An inspiring figure or coaches propose a new and transcendent idea that promises a panacea for disconnected individuals.

Thus we find ourselves. Preparations are underway to storm the compound overseas. The gunships are circling. Conflict emerges from the out-houses. An isolated player, naked, shivering, the words HIGH RELEASE POINT smeared across his chest as a statement, has stumbled into view and is removed in secrecy towards an inconclusive loan stint at Derbyshire.

Remember the beginning, when the world was still young? The initial phase, of uninhibited aggression.

2. Initial Adoration

Cult leaders offer a reboot, a brighter tomorrow, love, redemption within a community who all believe in the method.

How did it feel initially? Just men on a balcony enjoying success. Ink. Forearms. Jawlines. Elite male wellness energy. Of course, The team insist it’s not a real term, which is funny as it’s denied, what exactly did I just watch?

However, everyone understands what it is. It’s the batsman attempting a move so outrageous it has to be pixelated. 3. A New Life

Or at least, the team has long been exclusive, a clique, a garden party, a restricted environment with two hundred years of tradition and mystery supporting it. The players have been sealed up in this environment since childhood. Attempting to break free, to foster positivity, they are just repeating their own experience, creating another a bubble, a closed circle, however with a new team and a mentor encouraging individuality provided you conform.

Live where your feet are. Run towards the danger. However much you change, things stay similar.
